1. Base (consists of five parts)2. Support stand (consists of three parts)3. Rubber safety springs4. Safety belt5. Handrail6. Guide rails (composed of two parts)7. Movable carriage with supports for foot platforms8. Lower adjustable springs responsible for the degree of load
INTRODUCTION
⠀SkiKinetix is recommended for sports and is designed for training, both amateurs and professionals. The main focus is the development and strengthening of the muscles of the legs, especially the oblique muscles, which are not involved in normal squats, as well as the muscles of the back and arms. And the most important thing in working with the simulator is the formation and consolidation of muscle-joint memory, which we then transfer to the snowy slopes and perform turns easily and without compulsion. Any skiers without gender and age restrictions can start to learn and train on it. The whole difference will consist only in the amplitude of the movements and the speed of movement along the imaginary slope due to the different values of the installed load. The simulator is designed for indoor use (in training zones of organizations, sports associations, educational institutions, hotels, clubs and studios). And outside in the open air, it can be installed simply on the grass, for this there are special adjustable legs. ⠀Very suitable for sports teams, as an addition to the standard exercises on the physical fitness area. When simulating rotation on the simulator, you can achieve a border angle of 25-30 degrees (the maximum design angle is 20 degrees) while getting a load on the legs of at least 2G. When constructing the training process, one can precisely set the number of “gates” completed and “descents” made. Dose and change the mechanical load using the lower rubber bands. And during the execution of the “turns”, the trainer or instructor, being nearby, can directly adjust the turning technique, i.e. the position of the trunk, hips and legs. You can also work independently in front of the mirror, see yourself and correct your mistakes. The more we make such “turns”, the more we fix muscle-joint memory.⠀There is another very important aspect in working with the simulator. Most skiers in the initial stages of training, and not only in the initial, do not quite understand how to interact with all the external forces acting on it during the descent. Most have learned and are used to performing a turn due to the radius of the skis and the main acting forces: centrifugal, centripetal and gravity, while not using the reaction force of the support and the recoil force of the skis. This gap can be filled using the simulator. It is impossible to carry out a “turn” due to the radius of the skis just falling into the turn. The simulator is quite easy to disassemble, put in the covers that come with the kit, and take with you, for example, to the training camp ...It can be used for rehabilitation after injuries or operations on the lower musculoskeletal system, when performing “turns” it are possible to dose the load and reduce the effect of gravity to zero.

4. MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL OF THE SIMULATOR STATUS
⠀In order to ensure safe operation of the equipment, regular inspections of the simulator are necessary. For individual use before each workout, for gyms - every day. This is done in order to identify damage that reduces the strength of the supporting structures, and dangerous defects resulting from improper use, vandalism or other influences. Any problems found during the inspection should be rectified immediately. And if this is not possible, then the equipment should be closed for use.
ATTENTION! Failure to inspect and check the simulator can result in personal injury!Prior to commissioning and then daily visual inspection, which includes:• verification of the integrity of the structure, the presence of all elements of the simulator;• checking the condition of the upper safety spring No. 3 and the lower adjustable springs No. 8;• checking the tightening of all bolt-axes on all three-position rollers responsible for tensioning the lower adjustable springs No. 8 located on the jumper and on the underside of the movable carriage No. 7;• checking the condition of the movable carriage No. 7, the axes of rotation of the foot support platforms, tightening of all bolts of the removable jumper;• checking the condition and tightening the axles of all roller wheels on a movable carriage No. 7;
⠀Faults detected during the inspection should be immediately eliminated, and if this is not possible, the simulator should be closed for use.Periodically, at least once every two months, a functional inspection is necessary. Functional inspection includes work provided by the daily visual inspection and the following work:• check the tightness of all threaded connections, when loosening the fasteners, tighten them using a standard tool;• checking the operation of the simulator in the entire range of movements of moving elements - if there is jamming and / or shock, make the necessary repairs;• lubricate all axes of the three-position coils.
⠀The annual main inspection includes the work stipulated by the functional inspection and the following work:• verification of the reliability of the supporting structure;• checking the simulator elements for corrosion (during long-term street storage or damage to the paintwork). If foci of corrosion are detected, perform anti-corrosion treatment and tinting;• verification of the impact of repair work on equipment safety.
Replace all failed component parts with similar ones manufactured at the manufacturer. It is forbidden to independently manufacture and replace the components of the simulator.Faults detected during the routine inspection should be fixed immediately, and if this is not possible, the equipment should be closed for use.ATTENTION! The correct and safe operation of the simulator is guaranteed under the following conditions:• appointment of the person responsible for the operation of the simulator;• regular fulfillment of the requirements of the above regulatory activities.
5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
⠀The simulator is installed on a flat floor surface. It is necessary to assemble the simulator in a clean, well-lit, non-cluttered room, which will help you move easily in search of the necessary equipment and reduce the risk of injuries.General view of the simulator: Preparation for assembly:• Carefully read the assembly instructions;• Lay out the components in a previously prepared place (table, floor);• Make sure that the scope of delivery matches the product data sheet.
Security measures:• Assemble the simulator in stages, following the instructions in the instructions. Skipping steps is not allowed. Missed steps in the future may require disassembly and assembly of already assembled units, which can damage equipment (in particular self-locking nuts with elastic inserts that prevent reuse) and affect safety.• When assembling individual items, the assistance of a second assembler may be required.
IMPORTANT! When assembling the simulator, do not immediately completely tighten the nuts with a wrench. The only exception is the base of the simulator, it must be immediately assembled rigidly. First, we twist all the bolts and nuts by hand, only then when all the parts are installed and all the bolts are in place, we tighten all the bolts and nuts to the stop, starting from the bottom of the simulator.1. We assemble the base of the simulator. We connect parts No. 1 and No. 2 with each other with bolts M8x45 and M8x60 mm, nuts M8 - 2 pcs., Washers 8 mm - 4 pcs., Tighten all the way. We fasten the parts No. 3 to them (the parts are right and left, labeled at the base with risks, left with one risk, with two right) we use M8 bolts of 45 mm - 4 pcs., 8 mm washer - 4 pcs. Tighten to the stop. See Fig. 1
2. We install a transverse jumper with rubber springs part No. 4 between parts No. 3 using bolts M8 x 70 mm - 4 pcs., Nut 8 mm - 4 pcs., Washer 8 mm - 8 pcs. Tighten to the stop. See Fig. 2
3. We collect the rails. First, we connect the two double halves of the rail parts No. 5 and No. 6, which consist of two single halves interconnected, into one large double rail and clamp using the rear connecting element. See Fig. 3. 4. Install the rails. We lay them on part No. 3, we combine the front connecting element with the central rack on the jumper and twist it with an M8x75 bolt. We fasten to parts No. 3 with the help of M8x60 bolts - 4 pcs., M8 nuts - 4 pcs., 8 mm washer - 8 pcs., Do not tighten to the end. We connect the edges of the rail with parts No. 1 and No. 2 with bolts M8x45 mm - 2 pcs. and M8x60 mm - 2 pcs., M8 nut - 4 pcs., 8 mm washer - 8 pcs., M8x60 bolts are inserted through the chipper.
5. Putting the rack together. It consists of three parts No. 7 right and No. 8 left and connecting jumper part No. 9. We install parts No. 7 and 8 on parts No. 3 and fix them with bolts M8x60 mm to each rack for 4 pcs., M8 nuts - 8 pcs., 8 mm washer - 16 pcs. The upper bevel of both parts should look in the middle, do not tighten. On racks No. 7 and No. 8 we impose part No. 9 and fix with M8x40 bolts - pcs. two for each rack, 8 mm washer - 4 pcs. Tighten to the end.
6. We install the handrail, part No. 10, between the racks No. 7 and No. 8 and fix it with bolts M8x60 mm - 4 pcs., M8 nuts - 4 pcs., 8 mm washer - 8 pcs. 7. Now we tighten all the nuts to the stop, starting from the bottom to the top.8. Install the movable carriage. Put on the front rail as shown in Fig. 7. Install the support rollers on the rear wheel racks. We remove from the lower supports on the carriage two triple coils, one from each support. We stretch the rubber harnesses using the special key that comes with the kit. With the key, we grab one, two or three bundles depending on the expected load, so that the triple roller closest to you rests on the bundles, and the far roller picks up the required number of bundles from below. The key is pulled over to the level of the rail, and we hook onto the front rail with the hook that is located at the end of the key handle. See Fig. 8. We fix the bundles with one triple coil, passing the bolt through the support and the coil so that the bundles are between the two coils. We clamp the bolt with a lamb. We do the same thing on the other hand. The harnesses must be dressed in parallel on two triple coils and located simultaneously between the four coils.
9. We install foot supports on the carriage. On the walls of the supports there are protruding supporting axes, with these axes we place the leg supports in the cutouts on the inclined walls of the carriage so that the protruding parts with soft pads are inside, i.e. between the legs. The width of the staging of the supports is determined depending on the growth. We connect the supports to each other behind the jumper so that they are parallel relative to each other. Two jumper elements are connected using bolts M5x20 - 2 pcs. and two lamb M5. We insert the bolts into the holes that are as close as possible to the center of the carriage. This is done so that then they do not interfere with the movements of the supports. We fix (close) all the axis of the leg supports with jumpers. See Fig. 10.10. Adjust the legs on the bottom of the base. All legs should rest on the floor. If your floor is too smooth and slippery, then on the legs we glue the double-sided tape and glue the simulator to the floor. To install the simulator on the grass, we use special legs in the form of pins with platforms. It is also adjustable so that the platform rests on the turf as much as possible.
6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXERCISE EXERCISESSkiKinetix is designed for training aimed at developing and strengthening the muscles of the legs, especially the oblique muscles of the thighs, which are not involved in normal squats, as well as the muscles of the back and arms. Promotes the study of elements of modern ski equipment. The formation and consolidation of muscular-articular memory corresponding to movements during turns on skiing. Before doing the exercises:
• Before you start exercising on the simulator, you need to prepare the muscles for work.• To determine a specific training plan (program) taking into account the physical condition of the trainee, it is necessary to seek the advice of a professional trainer.• Prepare the equipment. Adjust the height (length) of the upper safety springs of the simulator to your height. When fastening to a safety belt that is dressed on you, they should not sag, they must have an average stretch. And when squatting in a deep gray, they must completely maintain your weight.• Set the movable leg supports to the width of your shoulders. This is the main middle position when driving on a slope and performing average turns on it.• Install the required number of lower rubber loops. Recommended for weights up to 40 kg - one loop, from 40 to 70 kg - two loops, from 70 kg and above - three loops. Or for adult skiers, you can set the number of loops depending on the intensity of work. With an average level of two loops, with a high and maximum three loops. More details in the section Purpose of classes.• Slide the movable carriage to the center of the rail for easier access.• Wear a safety belt over yourself.
Exercise:
• Stand with two legs on the leg supports.• Fasten the safety springs to the belt.• Hold on to the bar, transfer the weight of the body to one leg, the carriage will begin to move along the rails, as the rails have slopes from the middle in both directions.• Load the lower supporting leg as much as possible (to which you transferred the weight of the bodies) to get a greater recoil effect from the lower rubber springs for the first movement. The springs will stretch and move the carriage to the other side.• Then also load the other leg as much as possible, the carriage due to the springs will have the opposite effect.• Next, continue to load two legs at the same time while moving in one of the sides.• We accelerate the carriage due to the work of the muscles of the legs left and right and begin to make an imitation of the turns on the slope.• During movements, we try to keep the body as vertical as possible, only the legs work. When the legs go to the side, the pelvis should always remain as far as possible in the direction of the middle of the simulator. This creates a natural angulation of the body of the skier, which in the future we will need on a natural slope.
Recommendations for the exercise:• Do the exercises in front of the mirror. You will see your mistakes in the position of the trunk, pelvis and legs. You can immediately correct them yourself directly in motion.• Do the exercises with a trainer or instructor who will put you in the correct stance of the skier and will control and correct it during the exercise.
LESSON OBJECTIVE
⠀When working on the simulator, you can use different levels of intensity of the exercises to achieve different goals. The intensity of classes is measured in percent. This indicator can be used to determine the level of exercise load. It is calculated from 0%, which corresponds to the rest period and up to 100%, which corresponds to the maximum load power.⠀Entry-level classes. The main goal is to maintain the overall fitness of the skier. During such exercises, the general tone of the muscles of the legs, back and abdominal muscles is increased, excess fat is burned as the main primary source of energy supply for physical activity, and as a result, weight is reduced. To achieve the goal of classes requires a low intensity of classes, at the level of 50-60%, and a long duration of classes.Recommendations: use two lower springs, the exercise time is 3-5 minutes. The range of motion is average, we use at least half the length of all the rails. The number of repetitions is 10 - 15. It can be conditionally considered as 10 - 15 descents along a mountain cleavage.⠀Classes are intermediate. It is aimed at strengthening and increasing the muscle mass of the legs, as well as stabilizing the position of body parts during movements. It is carried out with an average intensity of 60 - 80%. The main aerobic metabolic process of energy production is used. Another goal of this lesson is to increase the efficiency of the cardiovascular system, i.e. oxygen delivery rates, which leads to improved stamina and overall physical condition. To achieve these goals, an average duration of classes is required.⠀Recommendations: use the three lower springs, the exercise time is 2 to 3 minutes. The number of repetitions is 7 - 12. The range of motion is high, we use 2/3 of the rail length. You can do two cycles of repetitions.⠀Occupation with maximum load. Endurance training with simulation of cornering in a sports mode is aimed at the work of all leg muscle groups, especially the oblique thigh muscles with deep side squats with pushing. The execution rate is 90% and higher. We obtain loads of anaerobic glycolytic effects, which allow us to achieve the greatest shift in anaerobic glycolytic energy production, develop a specific adaptation to work in conditions of oxygen deficiency. Exercises provide a directed effect on the power of the glycolytic anaerobic system, in which the greatest shifts are achieved in the field of anaerobic metabolism. To achieve this goal, classes require short and very intense periods of stress, followed by periods of recovery - in order to avoid overwork.⠀Recommendations: use the three lower springs, the exercise time is 30-60 seconds. The range of motion is maximum for the entire length of the rail. The number of repetitions is 3 to 5 at intermediate intervals of 3 minutes. The number of cycles of repetition 3 - 5 with intervals between cycles of 10 - 15 minutes.
